When creating your letter, you will need to ensure the spelling and grammar in accordance with any names, addresses and personal information is correct. We cannot be held responsible for any mistakes from the spelling and grammar of personal information, so you will need to ensure you thoroughly check this before ordering.
Returns & Refunds
We take every care to ensure your letter(s) arrives with you in good condition. If your order does not arrive as expected, then please contact us as soon as possible to advise us of the issue. Please provide your order number and detail the issue you have experienced with your order’s arrival. We can advise you of any necessary refunds or returns at point of contact.
You’ll find the prices of our products stated on the relevant product pages on our website. The price will include postage costs unless opting for a premium postage service. We work to strict deadlines to ensure that you receive your order on time to not leave you disappointed. The delivery destinations available to you will depend on the time of year you are ordering. If there is not enough time left to meet our deadlines, your delivery option will not be available to ensure guaranteed delivery before Christmas Day.

We always strive to ensure all letters are delivered on time and we dispatch all letters before the official deadlines for Christmas delivery, determined by Royal Mail.
Payment and Prices
Payment will always be taken in full at the time of placing your order with us. The prices we list are in UK pounds. We reserve the right to change any advertised price at any given time.
The contract will not be concluded until we have received your valid credit card charge or debit card payment details, we have accepted your on-line order and sent you a confirmation by return e-mail to the address you have given us during the ordering procedure. We are entitled to refuse any order placed by you.
Any contract will be deemed to have been concluded in the United Kingdom. Further to, any such contract will be interpreted, construed and enforced in accordance with the laws of England, and you and LettersFromSanta.org.uk irrevocably submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English Court.
