Postage

Q.

How Much will the Postage Cost?

A.

Sending a letter to you will not cost anything for postage on standard delivery. If you live internationally outside of the UK, postage will cost £2.99. You can choose to express options for delivery at checkout which will cost more, for example, next day delivery.

Q.

When Will I Receive My Order?

A.

Your order will be sent to you using Royal Mail, which should arrive to you within 3-4 days from the order date. This will be sent using First Class mail within the UK. We will send you a confirmation email when we have dispatched the letter to you.

For outside of the UK delivery, this will take longer – up to 10 working days – to arrive.

When ordering multiple items, please be aware they may not arrive all at the same time. To avoid disappointment, we advise that you order with plenty of time before needing them. If one arrives earlier than the others, then keep them all together and present them to your children once you have them all.

Q.

How Does Shipping Internationally Work?

A.

We ship to many different countries internationally at a cost of £2.99. If you want your order to arrive on time before Christmas Day, you will need to ensure you check the last order dates. We recommend you order as early as possible to avoid disappointment, as the closer to Christmas you place your order, the less likely we can guarantee it’s arrival before Christmas.

Q.

What Happens if I Don’t Receive My Letter?

A.

If for some reason your letter doesn’t arrive or is lost in the post, you’ll need to contact us with your order confirmation number. We’ll look to get a replacement order to you quickly which will not cost you anything to send.

Orders

Q.

Can I Change My Order?

A.

Once you have placed your order for a Letter From Santa, things move quickly, and we will print your order within a few hours. For this reason, if you need to change your order or the details in the letter, you will need to contact us very quickly. Please email us to [email protected] if you want us to amend your order, quoting your order confirmation number and the changes you need. If we haven’t already printed your letter, we will be able to implement your changes.

Q.

How Do I Know My Order Has Been Placed?

A.

Order you have placed your order, you will receive a confirmation email. This will contain your order number which you will need to quote if you ever need to contact us. If you haven’t received your confirmation email, please check your spam and junk folders to be sure.

Q.

Is it Safe to Order through Letters From Santa?

A.

Absolutely, we use the latest encryption technology to ensure your details are kept safe and private online. We do not store any personally identifiable information. We only use your contact details to keep you informed about your order. We will not sell your information to third parties.

If you need further information, please read our privacy policy. We use Stripe to process your payment, which is a leading secure payment platform to take and receive payments. Using 128-bit encryption, this ensures your information is kept secure at all times and to the highest level.

Q.

What is the Latest Date I Can Order?

A.

We recommend you order as soon as possible to ensure your delivery arrives before Christmas Day. The last postage date for UK customers is 19th December 2020.

For outside of the UK, the dates can differ for delivery cut-off:

  • 13th December – Belgium, France, Ireland and Luxembourg.
  • 12th December - Austria, Denmark, Iceland, Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, Slovakia, Spain and Switzerland.
  • 10th December – Canada, Finland, Sweden and the USA.
  • 9th December – Czech Republic, Germany, Italy and Poland.
  • 6th December – Greece, Turkey, Australia and New Zealand.
Q.

How Will My Letter Arrive?

A.

Your ordered letter and certificate will arrive in our standard envelope from the ‘North Pole’. If you prefer that they arrive in a blank envelope, so your children do not see them, then request this in your order details.

Q.

I’ve Only Received One Letter From the Multiple Ones I’ve Ordered?

A.

If you have requested multiple letters in one order, we will send them out together. Once the letters are with Royal Mail they are out of our control. In some circumstances, Royal Mail may deliver some letters on different days, but usually, if you’ve received one, you should receive the rest on the next day. If for some reason you do not receive the rest of your order the day after you receive the first, please contact us. We will then endeavour to resend any missing letters.

Do You Have Any Other Questions for Santa?
